Evaporator Plant Upgrade

The project required the removal of an old evaporation plant and installation of a new system to increase productivity. The work included assesing the new system in Europe, creating an assembly procedure and completing a detailed time and rescource plan. The old plant was removed and new plant installed using speciallist lifting equipment. All process pipe was re run. The work was carried out on 24 hour rota to minimise shut down time.
