ECITB Gold Award

We are proud to announce that Normand and Thomson have recently been awarded the gold standard Skills and Training Charter certificate from the ECITB. This is based on our commitment to progressively develop the skills of our employees. Our HSEQ Manager, Kristian Keenan, identifies the training and development needs of our workforce and sets a training plan into action to ensure present and future workload requirements are met with ease.

Not only does Normand and Thomson offer an excellent apprenticeship programme we are also dedicated to contributing to the continuous growth of all our employees across every department.

This certification shows we are an approved trainer that has met the highest standards required by the ECITB training charter.
