Normand and Thomson Search for New Engineering Talent

 Our search for local engineering talent continues with the current recruitment drive for new apprentices in full flow. We have had a great response this year and will be carrying out first round interviews in April

Our focus on the future is demonstrated through our stream of apprentices that have come through the company on an annual basis since 1905. Trained in all aspects of the work carried out by the company and supported by local colleges and training institutions Normand and Thomson has been the starting point for hundreds of successful careers in engineering.

This legacy of training continues with eight apprentices on our books today and another batch due to start later in the year.
