Increasing Volume of Storage Tank with Limited Access
Our client required an increase in capacity of two stainless steel tanks by raising the tank tops. Particularly challenging was the fact that there was no head room above the tanks in which to utilise lifting equipment. Normand and Thomson devised a methodology and designed special tools to complete the work in situ.  The pictures show the work in progress with one tank raised. N&T also supplied the stainless steel stairs and  walkways.
